End of the year...

Well it is the end of 2011. Much has happened both in Eve it self and the corportation.
We began as a one man show and soon upped the anty by adding more people
to the crew. But like the waves in the ocean; it comes and goes.
At mid 2011 one member left to seek out greener pastures. In by it self this was a
blow. But things went on from there. But then real life issues began to creep up on
us all (and still is) which meant radically reduced time in Eve.
This went so far as forcing us to close our office to reduce fixed costs.
Now we are at the end of an era and a new year begins. Sadly the activity in the corp
has been at it's all time low. As it stands right now I am forced to take a break from
Eve due to private financial reasons.
Most likely I will be back sooner or later. Eve does that to you. But from January 2012
I will put my accounts on hold.
All this in light of a VERY prosperous time. The corporation went from being worth
nothing to a couple of billion ISK in it's coffers. But to no avail I am afraid.
The corp web page will remain open and contact is still possible. But untill things
change locally I sadly will be AFK on permanent basis.
Well things happen. Not much to do about but roll with the punches.
Untill then I say like Arnold in "Terminator": I'LL BE BACK!

Sad news...

Despite the fact that 2011 has been a VERY profitable year our activity has dropped.
It is most likly due to real life factors and summer time and such.
Also the agents of Minecraft has been very dilligent and recruited quite heavily.
As a result of this we will all take a break from Eve-Online. Our office will be
suspendended even if we still maintain our presence here in Mirilene.
In the meantime I wish you all a happy hunting and all that. This pause will
probably not last forever. But until further notice we will all be suspended in
statisfields.
This site will still be present and running (but not maintained).
Contacts can naturally be med via our neural network, that is connected to
this web site.

Well, well...
The plans of 2011 unfolds as I write these words.
From 700 million in cash assets to 1 billion and now passed 2 billion.
Finally the world in Eve starts to look real attractive!
Also, as of december 2010 the corporation library has two copies of
the excellent book ”The Art of Eve”. One to read and one to add into
the collections. A most excellent book. Extremly well made.
Many cool facts and even more nice looking pictures to look at.
See you in march and look out for the comming Hulkageddon 4!

Our relocation back to Mirilene and Main office is complete.
The future begins HERE!
New Year...

Happy new 2011 all capsuleres and corp members!
The past year was very eventful. A few of the deals we had did not pay out until now.
This means our 2010 goals are met and the corporation shifts from stage 1 into stage 2.
The reason this is possible is due to a deal between us and an un-disclosed party.
It involves a multi stage event with considrable risk involved. The first part was cleared successfully and the payout was exceptional!
This in turn made the goals of the past year come within reach after all.
So what does stage 2 mean?
Well, stage 1 was the build up of the corporation. Goals were set regarding ships, members and financial means.
Our activities was divided like this: 10% Manufacturing, 10% Exploration, 10% Trade and 70% mining (7/1/1/1).
2011 we all go into the next stage (2). This means the corporation focus the plan of activity somewhat differently:
60% Trade, 30% Exploration, 5% Manufacturing and 5% Mining (6/3/.5/.5).
This change requires huge piles of money. Something we now have access to (and then some!).
The practical implications of all this are these:
* Our main activity of mining will end. With the exception of required minerals to keep up the production.
* Our present staging areas of Chelien & Misneden will be withdrawn back to main office in Mirilene.
* Lazare will completly shut down his planetary activities, which in turn Astra Vox will take over - but only in Mirilene.
* All ships will be relocated back to main office in Mirilene.
* Previous plan to purchase a Orca ship is abandoned. Main mining activity can be supported with present ship fleet.
* Lazare will change all skill training towards these areas (in priority): Black ops, Tech 3, Trading & Drones.
* Astra Vox will change all skill training towards taking over day to day activities in the corporation.
* Astra Vox is promoted to Director in order to take over daily run of the corporation.
* Lazare will fokus on long term trade and exploration (Eve Photo project).
These things (and a few other not mentioned) will take effect within 7-30 days.
We expect our cashflow to increase even further within 3-6 months. Not only due to the change of business but also
because of the other stages of our deal mentioned above. The main thing is that we now go from short term earnings
to long time earnings. This requires a great deal of ISK to be bound in buy and sell orders during unknown time.
But as things stand right now non of this creates any problem.
So 2011 seems to be VERY exiting indeed!
